What Olomni is

Olomni Presence is a desktop app (Olo), a phone web remote and a shared memory that connect to the AI agents you already use (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and others via MCP). Olomni also offers a web assistant (olomni.com/app). Everything is in beta: free for now, subject to change, and it may fail.

Olomni doesn’t act for your agents

Olomni does not run actions on your behalf. Approvals are cooperative: Olo carries your decision to the agent and the agent obeys it. Olo may block by policy actions that move money, trade stocks or change access permissions, and asks for your yes before irreversible actions. Even so, the decision and its consequences are yours: review what your AI does.

What Olo can do on your computer

When you connect an agent, Olo adds its hooks and MCP server to that agent’s configuration (with a backup) and may add a few lines to its instructions file; disconnecting removes them. If you enable it, Olo can open another AI in a terminal, in a project’s folder, with the handoff as its first message, and answer your phone for that purpose. It only does so when you ask, on your computer, and you can turn it off in Olo → Connect.

Your phone

The web remote lets you see your sessions, message them, stop them, answer their questions and approve or reject permissions. What you send from your phone reaches your computer through our servers. If you lose your phone, revoke it in your Profile and it stops working instantly.

Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your paired devices, the agents you connect and the apps and permissions you choose to authorize. Don’t use Olomni for illegal activity, to abuse the service or to violate the terms of the apps you connect. The content your AIs produce and what you upload is yours; you give us the minimum permission needed to process and show it to you.

Web assistant, credits and payments

The web assistant runs tasks inside the apps you connect, from natural-language instructions, and asks for your confirmation before any irreversible action. Using it may consume credits; current plans and prices are shown inside the product and payments, where they apply, are processed by Stripe. Olomni Presence is free during the beta.

Updates

Olo updates itself from our servers and verifies each update’s cryptographic signature before installing it. We may change, limit or remove features as the product evolves.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent the law allows, Olomni is not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from actions your AI agents carry out.

Cancellation

You can close your account and delete your data at any time from your Profile or by writing to ops@olomni.com. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
